Going Places — Are You Coming With Us?

Mullendore Elementary, as a Preparatory STEM Academy, will create an engaging learning environment designed to spark students' curiosity and passion for STEM subjects. This initiative provides a structured pathway for students to develop STEM fluency and career awareness from elementary school through high school and beyond.

Students attending Mullendore Elementary will transition to North Richland Middle School, a designated School of Specialization in STEM.

The school’s curriculum will be aligned to prepare students for STEM pathways in high school, college, and future careers.

Mullendore Elementary will empower students to meet the Portrait of a Graduate expectations by:

  • engaging in real-world, project-based learning;
  • developing an awareness of, and responsibility for, environmental stewardship;
  • collaborating with school and community stakeholders;
  • partnering with high school mentors from the Birdville Center of Technology and Advanced Learning, and
  • facilitating a seamless transition to middle school and a College, Career, and Military Readiness pathway through STEM-focused coursework.

Featuring maker spaces, outdoor learning areas and project-based science labs, the new school is currently being built on time and within budget using bond funds already approved by Birdville ISD voters in 2022.

We're saving a seat for you!

Students and faculty in the Mullendore attendance zone have been attending school off-site temporarily until the grand opening of the new campus. When it reopens at 4100 Flory Drive, North Richland Hills, 76180, Mullendore will have more than enough space for open enrollment students who want to join our Panther family.
